1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products and services provided by KLU Marketing LLC, operating under the brand GHL LowTicket Funnel Kit™ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Funnels and templates
Automations and workflows
Training materials
Digital downloads
Membership access
Sub-account access (where applicable)
No physical goods are shipped.
Access is typically granted immediately after purchase.
3. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment:
Access credentials are delivered via email
Member-area access is granted
Snapshot links may be provided
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and check spam/junk folders.
KLU Marketing LLC is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect customer information.
4. License & Permitted Use
All purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
You may NOT:
Resell our snapshots without written permission
Share protected links publicly
Duplicate or redistribute our digital assets
Claim ownership of our intellectual property
Reverse engineer or replicate systems for resale
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, designs, templates, automations, and materials are the intellectual property of KLU Marketing LLC.
Purchase does not transfer ownership rights.
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. No Earnings Guarantee
We do not guarantee any income, leads, business results, or performance metrics.
Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, skill level, and market conditions.
Any examples shown are illustrative only.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our published Refund Policy.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
The products are digital
Access constitutes delivery
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our products may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

Mailgun
Stripe
Whop
We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, or pricing updates from third-party providers.
9. GHL Lifetime™ Sub-Account Terms
If purchasing GHL Lifetime™ access:
You receive a sub-account under our agency
This is not an agency plan
You cannot create sub-accounts under you
Additional sub-accounts require separate purchase
Usage-based services (SMS, email, phone numbers, etc.) may incur third-party fees
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in spam, illegal activity, or platform abuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
KLU Marketing LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Third-party platform failures
Misuse of products
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Intellectual property misuse
Abuse of platform systems
Termination due to violation does not qualify for refund.
12. Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating payment disputes.
All disputes will be handled according to the policies of the applicable payment provider.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Florida.
